Tanzania Agramonte is a bilingual professional who speaks English and Spanish. She is an ICF-accredited coach, Mental Health Counselor, Marriage and Family Counselor, and Certified Trauma-Informed Coach from The Mental Wellbeing Company. She also holds perinatal and postpartum accreditation through PSI.
Tanzania has more than 20 years of experience in mental health, crisis intervention, case management, and well-being. Her background informs her compassionate, practical approach to helping people identify their goals and take meaningful next steps.

My objective is to accompany and support people through their personal and family journeys, helping them communicate better, manage change, establish healthy boundaries, and develop greater confidence and independence. Through personalized coaching and practical communication tools, I aim to help clients create meaningful relationships, overcome challenges, and achieve positive and lasting changes in their lives.
